In the 21st century, the World's systems( especially Governance) has a mandate of Naturalization; naturalization I mean :a rebirth, a recapturing,a redefinition,a reconceptualization,and a reproof of all the governing terms, ideals, fundamental philosophy and ideology of operations in order to be aligned into or yield into(in the process) the Providential design of an ideal world in these times the 21st Century; (which actually is the dream of every National Government , United Nations, whereas this dream is been pursued across the globe ignorantly with the wrong, outdated ideal, systems)
THE 21ST Century Governing theory of the Shadow Govt :
Furthermore,in the 21st century there's a convergence of the world collapse and the existence of what I call the shadow government ,so therefore for sustainability of the human race and prosperity of Governments across the nations,the world leaders per time fundamentally needs to be in terms with this fundamental Governing theory of the 21st Century, conceptualised- the shadow government.
This is because to every Century, generation, dispensation,era there are guiding Philosophy,so in the 21st Century world, there's an existence of the shadow government whose philosophy is Naturalization( a rebirth)with an ideology called Sovereignism.
Meanwhile every prosperous national Government must learn, observe to, yielding to the realities, ideals, principles, all encompassing policies, recommendations designed and posed by the shadow government.

In 2012, In the era of Former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, DII was discussing with Ait, ITV journalists and the security details to former Minister of Information, Mr. Labaran Maku on different occasions, on potential innovations to stopping the prevalent book haram terrorists activities.
In June 2015, in Ibadan, Oyo State Capital, DII received a financial support from LAPO Micro Finance to achieve a conference tagged: OYO STATE Economic Empowerment Conference, and a job creation Workshop at Mauve 21 Events Centre.A conference wherein Nigerian jobless graduates were enlightened on 140 Job Opportunity in the state.
In April, 2017, DII partner with Nigeria Goes Green at Dangote Oil Refinery in a greening initiative by plantining 60 trees to commemorate the 60th birthday anniversary of Alhaji Aliko Dangote(GCON).
During the heat of Economic Recession in 2017 in Nigeria,DII Head Executive arranged a round table discussion with the former Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun on a topic:Turning the Present Economic tides,introducing a new economy ideology:an innovation developed by DII team,the meeting was however foiled due to other federal government appointments for the Minister at the time.
In April,2019, DII was addressing a group of Nigeria Journalists in a press conference which was tagged: Implementing Sovereignism, Implementing a New Nigeria.
