I call law makers as the Priests of the law.The priests or ministers of the law in nation building.
Therefore law makers per time should be restricted into a convent, monastery.Why? Because they are priests.
At DII,we are advocating a senatorial convent and a 4- year senatorial institute.
The reason for this is: when citizens who desires to become a senator go through a serious intellectual and law making training before securing seats in the parliament ,it will be reflected in their role as trained professional law makers.

About 60% of economy of China is largely dependent upon this, as China is largely into manufacturing, technology, engineering, automotive, agriculture , forestry, transportation, energy, healthcare and nursing services. This creates vocational training mediums in all provinces. In each of the provinces in China, nothing less than 700,00 youths are trained in areas of manufacturing, technology engineering etc. In Nigeria, national wealth creation and distribution platforms requires the president and the entire 36 governors to venture into a bilateral cooperation with the Chinese government in matters of skills acquisition program and vocational training program for the youths in all the 774 local governments in Nigeria. These areas would cut across relevant sectors such as manufacturing technology, engineering, information technology, energy, automotive, transportation, nursing, tourism, forestry, agriculture, and services. How Can This Work In Nigeria? A bilateral relationship should be initiated with the Chinese government, in which Chinese government and the Nigerian government initiate a mutually beneficial foreign exchange program, where able Nigerians are introduced to vocational trainings in the aforementioned areas, through the procurement of machineries and trainers. To cut the cost of Implementing this idea the government can reach an agreement with the Chinese government on the funding of this massive venture and the proceeds thereafter. This economic development measure, when implemented, will not only generate revenue but also create jobs on a massive scale. This will serve as an alternative subsidy measure, moderating the cost of living as Nigeria will also be engaging in production of goods and services for other African countries. These vocational training programs at the grass root level would also enhance employability, productivity and innovations in the next two years of this present administration. This initiative provides a development measure in curbing the effect of fuel subsidy deficit, as it reduces the average cost of living. In the maxim of renewed hope agenda, implementing this idea will be the beginning of the transformation of the Nigeria economy in Africa, as every other African country would depend largely upon our manufacturing products especially in automotive, engineering, technology. This sustainability measure for the fuel subsidy deficit era, simultaneously generates revenue for the country from all the 36 states as well as creating businesses massively for the masses. In June 2015, in Ibadan, Oyo State Capital, DII received a financial support from LAPO Micro Finance to achieve a conference tagged: OYO STATE Economic Empowerment Conference, and a job creation Workshop at Mauve 21 Events Centre.A conference wherein Nigerian jobless graduates were enlightened on 140 Job Opportunity in the state.
In April, 2017, DII partner with Nigeria Goes Green at Dangote Oil Refinery in a greening initiative by plantining 60 trees to commemorate the 60th birthday anniversary of Alhaji Aliko Dangote(GCON).
During the heat of Economic Recession in 2017 in Nigeria,DII Head Executive arranged a round table discussion with the former Minister of Finance, Mrs Kemi Adeosun on a topic:Turning the Present Economic tides,introducing a new economy ideology:an innovation developed by DII team,the meeting was however foiled due to other federal government appointments for the Minister at the time.
